SPM Healthy Home
We will treat the interior to eliminate any existing infestation you may have and also apply a perimeter treatment to the immediate exterior of residence and under soffits. Soffits will be swept free of spider webs and wasp nests.
Once your home is initially treated our service specialists will continue to create a preventative barrier around your home each time your home is treated which will be three to four times a year. In order to reduce the amount of chemicals in your home all treatments will be exterior but if pests find their way inside we will be happy to treat the interior at any time or as needed.
SPM Healthy Home Plus
The termite inspection will be done by an expertly-trained termite specialist who will look for conditions that are conducive to promoting termite infestations, make recommendations to eliminate these conditions and look for any termite activity or termite damage and make recommendations for treatment options if a termite infestation is found.
This inspection will occur four times a year during your regular pest control service.
SPM Healthy Home Premier
In addition, our service specialists will install and monitor Trelona® ATBS Termite Bait Stations around the perimeter of your home. This is the latest technology in termite baiting systems.
Having termite bait stations installed around your home will give you year round protection by eliminating active termite colonies as they feed on the bait. This will also reduce the chances of having to use liquid soil termiticides around the foundation of your home.
